The session covered menstrual health and hygiene, puberty and body changes, personal hygiene, appropriate sanitary-pad use, healthy nutrition during menstruation, myths and misconceptions, dignity and self-confidence.

Students were also encouraged to understand when to seek professional healthcare and to stay engaged in their education. The programme framed menstrual health as both a health issue and a question of knowledge, confidence and dignity.
